The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC!!, the young lady that checked us in ( Danielle)I think, that was her name was SO NICE!! Check in was quick!! I purchased 3 robes for me and friends as souvenirs..LET ME TELL YOU THIS HOTEL IS TOP NOTCH, PURE LUXURY!! FORT WORTH HOTEL. The front desk, bellman,wait staff,valet,room service that changed bed in room 720 from Feb.18-19 was excellent!! There is nothing bad to say about this hotel and all three of us were satisfied..THANK YOU OMNI FORT WORTH FOR MAKING OUR STAY EXCEPTIONAL!!

We’ve stayed here several times over the years but this visit stood out as an exceptional experience. Staff was over the top welcoming, kind and gave excellent service. Breakfast is always delicious, well displayed with great selection of quality items. Omelet stations was delicious and love having a lot of coffee for us to serve ourselves. Wish we had time to enjoy the pool this trip. It looked beautiful.

Air conditioning didn’t work and no one came until noon the next day to look at it and I called at 8 pm night oh to the front desk to have someone switch my room or fix the ac and nothing happened I just sweat it out all night. I lost my jacket in the room and someone from housekeeping must’ve kept it or thrown it out.

I liked the location of the property and that it is the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys. I would also like to add that food was excellent. It was also conveniently located to the venue I planned to attend.

I had a great stay at the Omni Hotel. The entire property was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who values cleanliness and comfort.

Everyone I talked to was very friendly. I really like how attentive all the staff was. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable.

The Stock Yards bus leaves right outside the hotel. Very convenient.

Staff was wonderful, Starbucks in lobby (although always crazy busy), and the most convenient location for events at the convention center.

They allowed us to leave the car and luggage for a little while after we checked out so we could go eat breakfast and enjoy the area before leaving town. This was above and beyond service-wise.
