The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC!!, the young lady that checked us in ( Danielle)I think, that was her name was SO NICE!! Check in was quick!! I purchased 3 robes for me and friends as souvenirs..LET ME TELL YOU THIS HOTEL IS TOP NOTCH, PURE LUXURY!! FORT WORTH HOTEL. The front desk, bellman,wait staff,valet,room service that changed bed in room 720 from Feb.18-19 was excellent!! There is nothing bad to say about this hotel and all three of us were satisfied..THANK YOU OMNI FORT WORTH FOR MAKING OUR STAY EXCEPTIONAL!!

We’ve stayed here several times over the years but this visit stood out as an exceptional experience. Staff was over the top welcoming, kind and gave excellent service. Breakfast is always delicious, well displayed with great selection of quality items. Omelet stations was delicious and love having a lot of coffee for us to serve ourselves. Wish we had time to enjoy the pool this trip. It looked beautiful.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The check in process was made to feel very personal. I liked the fact that the hotel offered some different dining options and a great bar. I mentioned it was our anniversary and it was a nice personal touch when there was champagne and a dessert waiting for us in our room.

The service is stellar. The rooms were very clean. We received a complimentary room upgrade and they sent up a decadent cake slice for 2 in honor of us celebrating our anniversary. Easy walk around sundance square and Molly the Trolly is a free shuttle stops in front of the hotel and covers the sundance square route.
